Cotter Reid Director, Wayne Reid, likes to achieve a lot with very little. In 2019 he embarked on a journey to create two tiny houses for his family. Both houses fulfil the functional need but offer fresh opportunities. Environmental consideration from first principles, orientation, mass, light, sun, material choices, construction processes. maintainability, end of use re-use / recycle / repurpose /disposal are all elements of the design which have been given careful deliberation.
