About This Project

In 2022 Cotter Reid were engaged to complete a 14-stage masterplan for the development of a new Campus on a greenfield site with no sewer, stormwater, gas or NBN infrastructure available.
Stage 1 is to cater for 56 P-1 students, with Stage 2 to follow in 2023/24. Facilities provided include:
• Building A: Campus administration and Reception + single court Indoor Sports Hall with changerooms
• Building B: Modular construction, consisting of 4 x flexible GLAs, office / support areas and amenities
• Building C: Modular construction, for Specialist classes. Includes office / support areas and amenities.
• Building W: large workshop building for grounds and maintenance
• Extensive playground and landscaped areas
