About This Project

Masterplanned to accommodate kinder to year 9, this campus nestles into the Spring Creek hillside on the outskirts of Torquay. Following completion of an updated masterplan in 2020 Cotter Reid have designed and documented 4 stages of development that includes classrooms, administration, specialist learning facilities, gymnasium & site infrastructure.

Development stages have created pavilions in the landscape wrapped around protected recreation areas. This creates a sense of community while allowing progressive growth to meet demand.

Stages have been assisted by partial government funding requiring Cotter Reid Architects to also act as the “independent consultant” reporting compliance and progress to the funding body.
